Is your clinic licensed and insured?

Yes. Our aesthetics and beauty practitioner complies with local regulations and maintains appropriate certification and insurance. This is available for reference at consultations.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee as per the below.
